Manvel

Manvel is a rapidly growing city in northern Brazoria County along SH-6, positioned between Pearland and Angleton south of Houston. The city has transitioned from a rural community into an active residential growth area as new master-planned neighborhoods expand southward from Pearland, offering affordability and Alvin ISD schools with easy SH-288 access to Houston.
